Admin/System Tools/Send Test Email
This page is just a simple form with a field to enter an email address, to which EPrints will then attempt to send out an email. This will either give a green or red banner displaying information about whether the email sent and if not what went wrong. There is a fair chance that the email will appear to have been sent but never arrive in the email address' inbox. To debug this, check the logs of any email relay service the server may be using, (e.g. Postfix or Sendmail). Also, it is worth checking the email address' junk or spam folders, as these test emails can often end up there.
