Admin: Editorial Tools - System Tools - Config. Tools
The page pertains to the Admin web interface of an EPrints repository, which provides tools for an administrator to manage their repository. As a logged in repository administrator, it can be accessed by clicking on the Admin link in the EPrints User Menu or at the following equivalent URL on your repository:
https://example.eprints.org/cgi/users/home?screen=Admin
By default this will display three tabs of administration sub-menus:
- Editorial Tools - Tools to support editorial tasks. Typically searching across various different datasets.
- System Tools - Tools for controlling the EPrints System. Checking the status, controlling the indexer, interacting with the Bazaar, regenerating pages, etc.
- Config. Tools - Tools for modifying the EPrints repository configuration. Editing subjects, phrases of configuration files directly, updating the database, reloading configuration and managing storage.
