Sitewide configuration

Assuming you are running several similar sites by one server using eprints3/site_lib facilitates the maintenance of the overall configuration! The appropriate order in e.g. eprints3/flavours/pub_lib/inc controls which configuration file is used in favour of all files not found in the subdirectories below archives/[ArchiveID]/cfg. Thus you can define your personally customized version which will be pushed somewhere in between the probably existing ones in eprints3/lib, eprints3/flavours/[pub|data|edu]_lib or archives/[ArchiveID]/cfg.
