When asked to overlook the implementation of the Policy Documentation Center, I have been fascianted by the clear programming style and high usability of the EPrints software. ("Just the way such a thing should be done!") Since then ocassionally I throw in my 2 pence worth hoping that it migh be useful for the EPrints community.
