Research Organisations need additonal information. We now store all of our open access information in EPrints with no need for spreadsheets. See http://e2eoa.org/ The code is available at https://github.com/eprintsug/OpenAccess. Here is a short informal speel http://e2eoa.org/wp-admin/post.php?post=549&action=edit. We will be amending the functionality accommodate any further gaps identified. Interested? Contact: Michael.Eadie@glasgow.ac.uk or Valerie.McCutcheon@glasgow.ac.uk if you are planning some work in this area. We are in dialogue with the Jisc Monitor project and have tested output from EPrints with the tools they are developing. Let’s work together. We can offer you a demo and would love to hear what you think is missing from what we have created. .
