latest_tool.pl contains configutation for displaying eprints that have most recently been added to the live archive. This includes:
$c->{latest_tool_modes}- Hash reference of tool modes. Each mode contains the citation to use and optional, the max number of items and any filter to apply to the latest items.$c->{latest_tool_feeds}- Hash reference of tool feeds. Each feed includes whether it is enabled and the label to use when you hover over the feed icon.
