The admin email address of a repository should be the technical person responsible for the server on which EPrints is installed. This is the email address which is displayed when an internal server error occurs or when other technical failers happen. When you change this file you must restart your webserver. An example is shown below:
$c->{adminemail} = 'foo@bar.ac.uk';
