"Secret" URLs for Request a copy

The default Request a copy feature is not appropriate for dealing with HTML documents or large files (because this is sent by email?).

Instead, we could use a "secret" URL sent to the requester and valid for x amount of time. We just need a CGI script which processes a long hash, stored as prim key in the DB (and create a new dataobj 'copy_request' for the data).

Requester enters the URL in the web browser (could ask to confirm his/her email address...) and clicks on Download button. Maybe Zip the "complex" formats?
