A number of digital repository preservation exemplars are investigating the practices and processes necessary to manage content effectively, safely and cost-effectively for longer-term access and use. All use EPrints and between them manage a wide range of content types - science data, arts, teaching and learning, as well as open access research papers - that might be found in the typical institutional repository of the future.
This work is being taken forward in the KeepIt project. While this is a work in progress, this area can be used by project partners as a collaborative workspace to develop a range of supporting materials.
