vlit.pl contains configuation for the experimental VLit interface for facilitating Transclusion. This configuration is encompassed by $c->{vlit} and contains:
enable- Whether the VLit transclusion interface is enabled.copyright_url- The link to the VLit copyright notice for this repository archive.
