'''site_lib/''' does not exist by default but is a special directory which allows direct overriding of Perl modules under [[Perl_lib/|perl_lib/]] and well as adding code and configuration in much the same way files are added to [[Lib/lib/]], using the same path. E.g. if you had created a file under lib/cfg.d/my_config.pl, if you created another config file under site_lib/cfg.d/my_config.pl this latter file would load in place of the former.
