Who owns the copyright?

EPrints is copyright University of Southampton. For convenience some Perl libraries are bundled and are the copyright of their respective authors (files under perl_lib/ excluding perl_lib/EPrints).

What is the license?

Before EPrints version 3.3 all University of Southampton-copyright files are GPLv2 or GPLv3.

In EPrints 3.3 and later binary files (bin/ cgi/) are released under GPLv3 and all other files under LGPLv3.

Will you release under other Licenses?
