Editing the contents of this directory is not recommended. See Read Only Directories.

  • eprints3/archives/ARCHIVEID/var
    • alert-daily.timestamp - The last time daily alert emails where sent out. Only created/udpated if/when send_alerts script is called with daily parameter.
    • alert-monthly.timestamp - The last time monthly alert emails where sent out. Only created/udpated if/when send_alerts script is called with monthly parameter.
    • alert-weekly.timestamp - The last time weekly alert emails where sent out. Only created/udpated if/when send_alerts script is called with weekly parameter.
    • abstracts.timestamp - The last time abstract pages were refreshed using epadmin refresh_abstracts or using the Regenerate Abstracts button in the Admin menu.
    • last_changed.timestamp - If this file has changed since the mod_perl EPrints loaded it's configuration then it forces it to reload. To set this use eprints3/bin/epadmin.
    • views.timestamp - The last time browse view pages were refreshed using epadmin refresh_views or using the Regenerate Views button in the Admin menu.
    • xapian/ - The Xapian database for the index of eprint items and their metadata.
